To make data publicly available for interaction with
disregard to the current geographical location of

We have also achieved our goal in this using XML Web
Services.
XML web services use the HTTP carrier which is the most
commonly used carrier transmission in the Internet.
Apart from that, XML web services use the XML technology
heavily.
XML is a ‘descendent”
of SGML and so is HTML. Therefore
XML can ‘go’
where HTML can ‘go’.
